I. M. Services has provided Turn-Key Installation of the RBPC in many different applications and type of press’s.  We have done installation from as small as 5 ton OBI high speed Benchmaster and up to a 600 ton gap frame high production stamping press. With simple setup and running mode’s such as  single stroke and continuous to more involved applications like auto single stroke where other downstream equipment is determining when the press strokes. We have also assisted customers with implementing die protection to allow the press to operator semi-automate with increase quality, less tool damage and less operator interaction.
